Equipment
Marina Suggested Equipment to Bring We suggest that you bring your clothes based on the season. Spring and fall fishing require warm clothes. Snowmobile suits and boots make the ride across the water comfortable. Bring your personal gear, toilet kit, medication and good rain gear. Be sure to pack your camera and extra film; there is plenty of wildlife on the lake and you will want to capture the one that didn't get away. All fishermen will need a wearable life jacket. Fishing Equipment I recommend a good medium action pole for walleyes, with a spinning reel. If you plan to do some northern fishing, however, a good bait casting rig is advised. I also recommend 10 to 15 lb. test line for walleye and 15 to 25 lb. test for northern fishing.
